Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage inventory control and minimize waste
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Experience with cash handling procedures
  • Willingness to work in person at the designated work location

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service and fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS and cash handling procedures
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles
  • Familiarity with inventory control, food safety protocols, and food handling standards
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively
  • Experience in managing budgets, shift scheduling, and food production processes
  • Background in fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
  • Hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous
