Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • ability to understand and apply labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling guidelines
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • commitment to maintaining a safe and secure working environment

Job Qualifications

  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • manage the heart-of-house operations as the kitchen manager
  • oversee the execution and performance of the kitchen team
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
  • develop and train team members to support continuous improvement
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • manage computer operations related to kitchen management
