The Kitchen Manager will take on a leadership position that directly influences the overall success of the restaurant's kitchen operations. This full-time position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive base salary supplemented by performance-based bonuses, with total compensation ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 annually. The work schedule predominantly includes mid and closing shifts across days, nights, and weekends, with a five-day workweek structure. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience in kitchen management or similar role
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • physically able to stand for extended periods
  • basic budgeting and cost control knowledge
