Job Description

Our establishment has built a remarkable legacy over the past 46 years by focusing on one essential element: great people. Our recipe for success has remained consistent throughout the decades: hire exceptional individuals, provide outstanding service, prepare delicious food, and deliver great value to our customers. We are a full-service restaurant dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in food quality and customer satisfaction. We believe that our employees are the heart of our operation, and their commitment is what drives our sustained success and excellent reputation in the restaurant industry.

We are currently looking to expand our leadership team by hiring experienced Back of House (BOH) management professionals who are passionate about food quality and team motivation. The role is designed for individuals with a minimum of two years of BOH management experience in a full-service restaurant. This position requires a high level of responsibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards for food preparation and service while managing all aspects of BOH operations, including budgeting and staff supervision.

This management opportunity includes an intensive 10-week training program where you will gain comprehensive experience working in all facets of restaurant operations. During training, you will learn essential supervisory and coaching techniques to help you effectively lead your team and optimize kitchen performance. Our structured training ensures that you are well-prepared to meet our company's operational standards and excel in your role. After the training period, you must be prepared to transfer within 3 to 12 months to different locations, allowing you to expand your management experience and contribute to our diverse restaurant network.

We offer a competitive compensation package with the potential for quarterly bonuses and salary increases tied to your successful transfers between geographic locations. Our work schedule typically consists of a five-day workweek with two consecutive days off to support work-life balance. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Additionally, many of our locations offer flexible spending accounts and an Employee Assistance Program to support employee well-being.

Our commitment to our team members extends beyond the workplace as we offer 2 to 4 weeks of paid vacation annually, paid sick time accrual, and free or discounted meals. Employees can also benefit from Verizon Wireless discounts as part of our standard perks. As an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity and inclusivity and are committed to providing an environment where all employees can succeed and grow. We are focused on finding great people who share our passion for service excellence and are ready to advance their careers with us. Please note that we do not accept applications from recruiters.

This role is ideal for experienced BOH managers looking to join an established company with a long-standing history and strong values, offering them continuous professional development and career growth in the restaurant industry. If you are motivated by leading teams, delivering quality food, and contributing to a successful restaurant operation, we encourage you to apply and become part of our legacy.
