Job Requirements

  • Experience in kitchen management or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and cost management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Understanding of sanitation and safety regulations
  • Availability to work 30 to 37 hours per week
  • Willingness to work in person at the brewery

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and cost management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in training development is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies
  • Develop and implement training programs for kitchen employees
  • Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Give thoughtful care to seasonal menu shifts
