Job Requirements
- Experience in kitchen management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and cost management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Understanding of sanitation and safety regulations
- Availability to work 30 to 37 hours per week
- Willingness to work in person at the brewery
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and cost management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in training development is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies
- Develop and implement training programs for kitchen employees
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service
- Give thoughtful care to seasonal menu shifts
