Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen leadership or management role preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Dependability and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Lead and manage all back-of-house operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met every shift
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Control food cost, waste, and inventory
- Manage ordering, receiving, and proper storage procedures
- Coach, train, and develop kitchen team members
- Build morale and maintain a positive, high-energy kitchen culture
- Ensure ticket times and execution meet company expectations
- Work closely with the front-of-house management team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Drive profit-minded kitchen operations while maintaining quality
