Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a kitchen manager or strong kitchen supervisor in a fast paced high volume environment
  • Deep knowledge of back-of-house systems including inventory labor management food cost controls and prep scheduling
  • Passion for high standards consistent execution and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills you know how to delegate effectively and motivate a team
  • Flexible open schedule availability expect 50-60 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain it immediately

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen back-of-house team
  • Recruit train and mentor hourly BOH staff fostering a culture of accountability respect and high energy
  • Maintain strict quality control ensuring recipes execution prep list optimization and efficient ticket times
  • Manage food costs labor optimization and inventory control to meet profitability targets
  • Uphold health department standards food safety protocols and kitchen cleanliness
  • Maintain transparent communication with senior leadership to streamline operations
  • Execute a flawless grand opening and support ongoing kitchen excellence
