Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
- Passion for training and developing a team
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety procedures
- Experience in team training and development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage and supervise Heart-of-House team members
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
- Collaborate with other managers to maintain seamless restaurant operations
- Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing to control costs
