Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • Passion for training and developing a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety procedures
