Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • Passion for training and developing a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety procedures
  • Experience in team training and development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Basic computer skills for operational tasks

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency
  • Manage and supervise Heart-of-House team members
  • Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Collaborate with other managers to maintain seamless restaurant operations
  • Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing to control costs
