Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant kitchen management or executive chef experience
- Active ServSafe Management Food Safety Certificate
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proficiency in kitchen related technology such as POS, Ctuit, Hot Schedules
- Flexible and open availability
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of kitchen manager or executive chef experience in a contemporary full service or fast casual environment
- Experience in a scratch kitchen approach
- Coach mentality with dedication to team development and positive work culture
- Ability to ensure food quality according to recipes and standards
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory, and scheduling software
- Active ServSafe Management Food Safety Certificate
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Flexible availability
Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations and manage food preparation according to recipes, portions, and technique
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Mentor, coach, and inspire kitchen staff to create a motivated and productive team
- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements and adjust operations proactively
- Ensure food safety and compliance by maintaining the ServSafe Management Food Safety standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and use of technology such as POS and Hot Schedules
- Foster a positive work environment that aligns with company culture and standards
