Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in kitchen management, preferably in a hotel environment
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Strong leadership and team management abilities

Job Duties
- Manage and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain consistent quality and standards
- Coordinate with hotel management and other departments to meet guest expectations and special event requirements
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve skills and performance
- Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures
- Handle scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels
