We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beer garden's kitchen. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of kitchen activities, maintaining impeccable food quality, and fostering a positive work environment for the kitchen staff. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in kitchen management, preferably in a hotel environment
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Good communication skills

Job Duties

Manage and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain consistent quality and standards
Coordinate with hotel management and other departments to meet guest expectations and special event requirements
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability
Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve skills and performance
Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures
Handle scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels
