- Ability to multitask at a fast, efficient, and complete pace
- Solid, reliable, and team-oriented work ethic

- Must manage all aspects of the kitchen including taste of food, food safety, speed, and food cost
- Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen including food taste, safety, speed, and food cost
- Work quickly and efficiently maintaining the highest quality standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic, and orderly at all times
- Adhere to safety standards with kitchen equipment, ingredients, and personnel
- Strive for quality and consistency in every aspect of work
- Follow company policies and procedures to produce incredible food consistently
- Take pride in presentation of cold items such as salads, wraps, and side items
- Work to reduce food cost and waste
