- Work closely with the General Manager to keep labor and food costs in line with expectations
- Foster a positive kitchen culture where team members can grow and develop their skills
- Handle high-pressure situations decisively to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
- Ensure food safety protocols are strictly followed and best practices are always maintained
