The role of the Kitchen Supervisor at Topgolf’s Las Vegas venue is a critical leadership position within the venue operations team. This role focuses on managing and supervising the kitchen staff, which includes cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers, to ensure high standards of food preparation and service. The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining food safety, quality control, and adherence to recipes and portion sizes. They play a pivotal role in inventory management, ensuring that supplies and ingredients are adequately stocked and ordered as needed.

Additionally, this role involves training staff on proper food handling procedures, cooking techniques, and safety protocols. Coordination with front-of-house teams is essential to guarantee timely and accurate food delivery to guests, enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Prior experience in kitchen management or supervisory role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States
