This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant, distinct and separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products but functions as a separate company with independent control over all employment matters. Employees hired here are direct employees of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee maintains full responsibility for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of team members within the restaurant.

Job Requirements
- Passionate, mature leader with ability to lead a kitchen operations team
- Ability to routinely provide Gold Standard Food
- Experience managing inventory and adhering to strict food safety standards
- Ability to motivate and engage team members
- Experience reviewing schedules and ensuring sufficient staffing
- Ability to maintain equipment serviceability and cleanliness
- Commitment to maintaining an immaculate workspace
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing kitchen operations in a food service setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management
- Ability to train and coach staff effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and equipment maintenance standards
Job Duties
- Create daily routines that produce predictable and well-coordinated kitchen operations at all times
- Training and coaching to ensure quality food, achieve targeted food cost, improve waste from products not prepared to Gold Standard
- Ensure proper product levels are maintained by daily, weekly and monthly inventories and proper ordering procedures are adhered to
- Ensure optimum staffing daily to ensure food production keeps up with busy periods
- Keep all equipment serviceable and clean and clearly communicate with leadership when repairs are needed
- Maintain an immaculate workspace by following and completing all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Ensure food safety in the kitchen by completing daily food safety checklists and checking refrigerators, freezers, grills and fryers routinely for proper temperatures and calibration
