CPK is currently seeking a dedicated Back of House (BOH) Manager to lead and inspire its vibrant kitchen team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily kitchen activities in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. The BOH Manager is responsible for overseeing food preparation, cooking, and plating, while maintaining optimal workflow, especially during peak periods. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership skills with a people-first mindset to foster a best-in-class company culture. Responsibilities include building and developing top talent, enhancing hospitality and culinary execution, and promoting career growth through cross-training opportunities. Furthermore, the BOH Manager will be entrusted with managing the restaurant’s profit and loss statements, budgeting, labor cost control, and portion management to meet financial objectives. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential to interact successfully with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management, and Spanish proficiency is considered an asset. The role demands commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy kitchen environment compliant with sanitation standards.
