We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our high-volume, fast-paced restaurant team at the Raleigh location. The Kitchen Manager will be entrusted with leading the back-of-house operations, ensuring that all food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control meet county health standards and company policies. This role is vital to maintaining the quality, consistency, and safety of our restaurant and catering menus. As a Kitchen Manager at Stars and Strikes, you will be responsible for supervising the kitchen staff, keeping them informed about processes and current menu specials, and ensuring the highest level of food safety by adhering to ServSafe standards. You will oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly inventory of food and beverage items to manage costs effectively, keeping a close eye on food cost of goods sold (COGS) and labor expenses. Your leadership will drive teamwork and exemplary performance by training, scheduling, and developing your kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
  • Management and/or hospitality experience a plus
  • Experience in managing COGS and labor
  • ServSafe certified or able to complete certification

Job Duties

  • Train, develop, and schedule kitchen team members
