Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
- Management and/or hospitality experience a plus
- Experience in managing COGS and labor
- ServSafe certified or able to complete certification

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Job Duties
- Manage back-of-house sanitation and operations by following county health standards and company BOH processes
- Keep the kitchen team updated on processes and current specials
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory of food and beverage items
- Lead by example and assist co-workers to promote teamwork
- Train, develop, and schedule kitchen team members
- Manage food cost of goods sold and labor expenses effectively
- Ensure compliance with ServSafe standards
