As a Kitchen Manager at Pizza Ranch, you will be a vital part of a dedicated management team responsible for delivering on the company's promise of legendary experiences to every guest. This role demands leadership in the back-of-house operations, ensuring stringent food quality and safety standards are consistently maintained. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, guide and develop kitchen staff, and help foster a positive work environment that motivates team members to excel and take pride in their work. Additionally, you will help build community engagement by partnering with local organizations and businesses, further embedding Pizza Ranch into the fabric of the community. You will report directly to the General Manager and play an essential role in responding promptly and effectively to guest feedback, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- restaurant experience required
- restaurant management experience preferred
- passion for leading and developing people
- strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situations
- effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills
- general food safety and preparation knowledge
- proficient in basic computer skills
- ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift

Job Duties
- maintain high-quality food and food safety standards
