Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • familiarity with responsible alcohol service
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • familiarity with responsible alcohol service
  • experience in safety and security systems and procedures
  • proficiency in computer operations
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the kitchen and heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all kitchen staff
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • maintain high standards of safe food handling and sanitation
  • train and develop team members in kitchen operations and safety
  • manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • support continuous learning and best practices among the kitchen team
