Buffalo Wild Wings is a leading casual dining restaurant chain known for its vibrant atmosphere, extensive menu of wings and sauces, and its dedication to providing an unforgettable guest experience. Established with a passion for sports and socializing, the company has become a go-to destination for fans to enjoy great food, live sports broadcasts, and an energetic environment. With a focus on teamwork and community, Buffalo Wild Wings encourages employees to develop their skills and grow within the company, making every shift more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values quality, enthusiasm, and hospitality.

The opportunity at Buffalo Wild Wings is not just about serving food; it’s about creating legendary experiences that resonate with guests and team members alike. The role of Kitchen Manager places you at the heart of operations, managing the Heart-of-House (HOH) where food preparation and kitchen execution meet to deliver consistent quality and high standards. As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the performance and daily activities of the HOH team, providing direction, supervision, and support to ensure that every dish meets Buffalo Wild Wings’ renowned standards. This position is ideal for someone passionate about leadership in a fast-paced environment, who thrives on training and developing others, and values working in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

This role is designed as a pivotal step in your restaurant management career, offering you the opportunity to enhance your leadership abilities, learn best practices in food safety and kitchen operations, and contribute directly to the restaurant’s success. Buffalo Wild Wings invests in its employees through best-in-class training, continuous learning programs, and advancement opportunities that pave the way for growth within the company. The Kitchen Manager position comes with an attractive package including weekly pay, access to bonus programs, free and discounted meals during shifts, and a variety of benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition support, and retirement plans. Beyond the tangible benefits, you’ll be part of an inclusive team environment where your efforts are recognized and your professional ambitions supported.

Buffalo Wild Wings’ philosophy of "Game Time Energy, Lifetime Experience" is more than just a tagline — it encapsulates the company culture of energy, excitement, and lasting impact. As a Kitchen Manager, you contribute to this culture by ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently, helping to fuel moments that guests and team members remember and share. This role demands a passion for food service, dedication to team development, and an understanding of operational standards including labor laws, food handling safety, and responsible alcohol service. Whether you have years of experience or you’re looking to break into restaurant management, Buffalo Wild Wings welcomes you to bring your unique background and enthusiasm to their dynamic team.
