Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- manage daily food preparation and cooking processes
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety and sanitation standards
- implement responsible alcohol service practices
- maintain safety and security systems and procedures
- train and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
