Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety practices
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • manage daily food preparation and cooking processes
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety and sanitation standards
  • implement responsible alcohol service practices
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • train and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
