The Manager role at Evergreen Restaurant Group is a cornerstone to the success of the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. With limited supervision, this position holds comprehensive responsibility for the daily management of restaurant functions, including appearance, food and liquor cost control, presentation, customer satisfaction, and professional leadership. The Manager drives the establishment's standards by ensuring compliance with operational procedures, company policies, and all federal, state, and local laws. One of the key aspects of this role is leading, developing, and motivating employees while ensuring the highest standards of employment quality through hiring, training, counseling, promotion, discipline, and termination if necessary.

An ideal candidate will have prior restaurant management experience, particularly in a full-service setting including bar operations, and possess food safety certification such as SERVE Safe. Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to relocate within the assigned region are also valued qualities. Job Requirements

  • minimum age 21 years
  • one year previous restaurant management experience
  • must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
  • willingness to relocate within assigned region preferred
  • computer skills preferred
