Job Requirements
- minimum age 21 years
- one year previous restaurant management experience
- must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
- willingness to relocate within assigned region preferred
- computer skills preferred
Job Qualifications
- one year previous restaurant management experience
- one year previous full service including bar restaurant management experience preferred
- certification in food safety preferred
- knowledge of restaurant operations
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- assist with staffing levels and shift assignments
- manage employee hiring, development, counseling, promotion, discipline and termination
- recruit, interview and hire restaurant employees
- champion employee development and career paths
- enforce safety and sanitary practices and maintenance
- ensure compliance with operational standards, policies and legal regulations
- respond to guest comments and lead by example in customer service
- demonstrate menu knowledge and preparation
- engage in community and market opportunities
