The Kitchen Manager role at Tribute Eatery & Bar is a full-time position, starting with a competitive hourly pay range of $20 to $23, which increases with experience. This role is pivotal in managing the kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. The Kitchen Manager will lead, train, and supervise the kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and support personnel. Job Requirements
- 18+ years of age or older
- 1+ years of kitchen experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfort working with heat, steam, and kitchen equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
