Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred
  • Previous experience working in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work 50 hours weekly
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to bend, stretch, reach, locate, stack, and lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Must meet all requirements expected of an Enmarket Store Associate

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant
  • Previous experience in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage all foodservice operations and production
  • Train and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
  • Ensure consistent execution of foodservice policies and procedures
  • Control inventory and conduct weekly cost counts
  • Drive and communicate store sales and financial goals
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
