Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred
- Previous experience working in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environment preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 50 hours weekly
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to bend, stretch, reach, locate, stack, and lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds
- Must meet all requirements expected of an Enmarket Store Associate
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant
- Previous experience in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Manage all foodservice operations and production
- Train and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
- Ensure consistent execution of foodservice policies and procedures
- Control inventory and conduct weekly cost counts
- Drive and communicate store sales and financial goals
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
