We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen, which is the heart of the store. This role goes beyond managing daily kitchen operations; it involves building a high-performing team, crafting an exceptional food experience, and driving a department that customers trust and love. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the kitchen team to ensure consistent, high-quality food production and presentation while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and compliance. Additionally, the role involves managing budgets, driving efficiency and profitability, and executing catering and special orders with excellence. The Kitchen Manager will also collaborate on menu development and continuous improvement initiatives to keep the offerings fresh, creative, and aligned with Rosewood Market's mission.

The pay for this role starts between $20 and $25 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for wage increases upon exceeding performance requirements. This is a full-time position involving availability during early mornings and weekends to meet the operational needs of the store.
