Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
- computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
- ability to engage and develop team members and coach according to company policies
- passion for the hospitality industry
- ability to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 pounds
- willingness to undergo pre-employment screening including drug test, criminal background check, and employment references

Job Duties
- Coach teammates on how to deliver an excellent guest experience
- coach teammates on how to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that impact the guest experience
- coach teammates on how actions impact the guest experience and how results indicate the level of guest service provided
- positively interact and visit with guests and solicit feedback
- handle and follow up on guest concerns escalated from the teammate level and escalate to GM and DO as necessary
- ensure the quality of all restaurant facilities by aligning with the General Manager and Director on priority needs, communicating with vendors, and overseeing repair or maintenance
- model standards and expected behaviors for restaurant managers and teammates
- model and teach company values and culture
- train all new menu items and changes in standards for departmental team members
- write schedules for department staff
- coach teammates on operational excellence, maintenance, and facilities
- motivate teammates to improve performance
- deliver positive and constructive performance feedback
- align with General Manager/Director on progressive disciplinary action
- develop leadership skills in self and teammates
- establish plans, communicate strategy to General Manager and Management Staff, and measure goals to achieve inventory level, sales growth, and guest satisfaction
- communicate areas of performance needing improvement
- review sales and trends and help initiate programs to grow sales
- learn profit vs loss statements, forecasting, and scheduling budgets
- conduct administrative duties related to teammates and compliance with laws
