Chick-fil-A is a renowned fast-food restaurant chain known for its exceptional customer service and high-quality chicken-based menu offerings. With a strong commitment to a fast-paced growth culture, Chick-fil-A focuses on developing leadership professionals who aspire to build their career portfolios and achieve long-term growth within the company. The brand prides itself on maintaining operational excellence and fostering an environment where leaders continually develop both their own skills and those of their team members. Chick-fil-A is widely respected in the restaurant industry for its dedication to a positive work culture, fresh ingredients, and outstanding service standards.

The Kitchen Manager role at Chick-fil-A is a full-time position requiring open availability and approximately 40 hours per week. This role is essential in supporting the restaurant's operations by overseeing the kitchen team, ensuring food quality, safety, and service goals are met or exceeded. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Director of Operations, the Kitchen Manager leads efforts in training, coaching, and motivating kitchen employees while implementing procedures that support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing key aspects such as kitchen food safety systems, food quality, holding systems, inventory control, and labor management. The role demands a motivated self-starter who is capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Emphasizing a positive workplace culture, the Kitchen Manager helps create an inclusive team atmosphere where all members feel supported and valued. This position also requires a high level of accountability in delivering operational results, including food cost control, waste reduction, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Furthermore, Chick-fil-A kitchens emphasize fresh and simple ingredients, with chicken made from whole breast meat without fillers or hormones, hand-breaded on-site, and fresh produce delivered regularly. This commitment ensures that every meal served meets the highest standards of quality and taste, giving the Kitchen Manager a unique role in upholding these essential values.

Overall, the Kitchen Manager position offers an exciting opportunity for leadership professionals who are passionate about restaurant operations and eager to grow within a company that values dedication, teamwork, and continual improvement.
