Job Requirements
- College degree not necessary but preferred
- Bi-lingual English plus Spanish is required
- 5 plus years experience in an executive kitchen position
- Demonstrated knowledge of current restaurant industry trends
- Must possess culinary creativity
- High volume foodservice operations experience highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of local state and federal food sanitation regulations
- Comfortable providing direction and supervision to kitchen staff
- Food Handler Safe Serv certification is required

Job Duties
- Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Monitor food standards, costs, and safety regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff during shifts
- Manage kitchen costs, pricing, and work schedules
- Organize shipments, cleaning schedules, and other operational tasks
- Resolve conflicts and address customer and employee issues promptly
- Communicate standards and cooking methods clearly to staff and customers
