They create a welcoming and efficient environment to ensure every guest enjoys a 5/5 restaurant experience. These leaders are also adept communicators and team builders, responsible for coaching employees, managing staffing levels, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring team members to be prepared to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Despite these challenges, Chick-fil-A offers a supportive workplace where continuous feedback, leadership development, and personal goal pursuit are integral parts of the job. Every team member is valued as part of a collaborative community that believes in investing in people and helping them succeed.
