Job Requirements

- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to coach and lead a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Job Duties
- Create a 5/5 restaurant experience for all guests
- Set the example for food quality, speed, and procedures
- Communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the leadership team
- Work with the leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
- Act as an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder
- Achieve strategic and annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives
- Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect while providing direction and feedback
- Serve as subject matter expert for all tasks or know whom to ask to answer questions
- Responsible for inventory and facilities management
- Complete understanding of each key position in the front and/or back of house
- Meet the physical demands of the position including standing up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
