Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in kitchen management or similar role
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant shift management
- proficiency with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years as a kitchen manager or similar position
- high school graduate
- basic point of sale and computer skills including Microsoft Office
- effective time-management and multi-tasking abilities
- fun, friendly, and outgoing personality
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience in restaurant shift management
- proficient knife skills
- knowledge of sushi and hibachi preferred
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations and manage shifts during busy periods
- supervise and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance
- maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- ensure effective communication between front and back of house
- foster a positive culture of service and hospitality
- manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- enforce compliance with health regulations
