Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in kitchen management or similar role
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in restaurant shift management
  • proficiency with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years as a kitchen manager or similar position
  • high school graduate
  • basic point of sale and computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • effective time-management and multi-tasking abilities
  • fun, friendly, and outgoing personality
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience in restaurant shift management
  • proficient knife skills
  • knowledge of sushi and hibachi preferred
  • ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and manage shifts during busy periods
  • supervise and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance
  • maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • ensure effective communication between front and back of house
  • foster a positive culture of service and hospitality
  • manage inventory and ordering of supplies
