Job Duties
- Lead all daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Maintain and enforce food quality, presentation, and consistency standards
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop kitchen team members
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and overall kitchen profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Create and maintain prep systems and pars to support high-volume service
- Act as the point of leadership during service, including expediting when needed
- Foster a strong, positive, and accountable kitchen culture
