Job Duties

  • Lead all daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Maintain and enforce food quality, presentation, and consistency standards
  • Hire, train, schedule, and develop kitchen team members
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Manage food cost, labor cost, and overall kitchen profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Create and maintain prep systems and pars to support high-volume service
  • Act as the point of leadership during service, including expediting when needed
  • Foster a strong, positive, and accountable kitchen culture
