Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent education
  • restaurant management experience preferred
  • proficiency in basic computer skills

  • ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Duties

  • exceed guests expectations by delivering on Pizza Ranch product standards
  • assist the assistant general manager in leading day to day operations
  • support back-of-house management of the guest experience through Market Force data and feedback
  • drive store level profitability and achieve sales goals by controlling food and labor costs
  • provide genuine care for staff and guests
  • create legendary impact through leadership and service
  • train and develop restaurant team members
