Job Requirements

Job Duties

- assist the assistant general manager in leading day to day operations
- support back-of-house management of the guest experience through Market Force data and feedback
- drive store level profitability and achieve sales goals by controlling food and labor costs
- provide genuine care for staff and guests
- create legendary impact through leadership and service
- train and develop restaurant team members
