- ability to lead and train kitchen staff

- valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Follow sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
- assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations P&L, monitoring production output and food costs
- maintain ongoing proper food inventory levels and product pricing
- follow company guidelines on vendor relationships
- assist the Restaurant Manager in developing and implementing menu sales promotions and assure their success
- assist the General Manager with recruiting and hiring of Kitchen Crew and Utility Staff
- assist with ordering and maintenance of all food and paper inventories
- assure that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
