We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to join the team at Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine. This pivotal role is responsible for leading back-of-house operations to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food and excellent service. The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen activity, enforce strict safety and sanitation standards, manage operational costs, and inspire kitchen staff to meet and exceed company expectations. This leadership role involves fostering a positive, team-oriented culture, coaching employees for performance improvement and future leadership opportunities, and managing all aspects of kitchen scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships.
The Kitchen Manager position requires working a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, holidays, and weekends to meet the needs of the restaurant. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role demands exceptional organizational abilities, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. The Kitchen Manager will also play a key role in menu rollouts, recipe standardization, and continuous improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
