Job Requirements
- College degree not necessary but preferred
- Bi-lingual English plus Spanish is required
- 5 plus years experience in an executive kitchen position
- Demonstrated knowledge of current restaurant industry trends
- Must possess culinary creativity
- High volume foodservice operations experience highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of local state and federal food sanitation regulations
- Comfortable providing direction and supervision to kitchen staff
- Food Handler/Safe Serv certification is required

Job Duties
- Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Monitor food standards, costs, and safety continuously
- Lead the kitchen team, resolving conflicts and motivating staff during busy shifts
- Manage scheduling, pricing, and cost control effectively
- Organize work schedules, shipments, and cleaning schedules meticulously
- Solve problems quickly including employee conflicts, customer complaints, and stock issues
- Communicate clearly with staff and customers regarding standards and procedures
