The role of Culinary Manager at Hillstone is integral to maintaining these high standards and ensuring the success of kitchen operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to culinary mastery and operational efficiency. As a Culinary Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, encompassing food preparation, cooking, and plating, to consistently deliver outstanding dishes that reflect the brand’s commitment to quality. The role requires leadership and management of a talented team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to nurture their development and enhance team performance.

Selected candidates will benefit from an extensive 8-week rotational training program conducted on-site, designed to equip new managers with the tools and knowledge needed for success in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
