We are seeking an experienced and proactive Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in kitchen management or related roles
  • Basic culinary skills and knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure food quality and consistency
  • Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain productivity and morale
  • Monitor inventory and control food and labor costs
  • Ensure all kitchen activities comply with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with management to plan menu changes and special events
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures in the kitchen
