We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary department and contribute to our ongoing success. The Kitchen Manager is tasked with comprehensive oversight of the culinary operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, cost control, food quality, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations. Responsibilities include planning and managing daily operations, coordinating with sales teams for events, maintaining inventory, and ensuring all culinary standards meet AIKG's high expectations. Job Duties

  • Lead the unit culinary department with integrity and purpose
  • empower staff to deliver exceptional legendary service
  • support the Andretti Indoor Karting and Games motto striving for perfection and achieving excellence
  • manage daily, weekly and monthly operations including food product ordering, staffing, scheduling, cleanliness, organization, service timing, and quality product
  • ensure banquets, buffets and event culinary offerings are consistent with AIKG standards and specifications
  • ensure compliance with all environment and health board requirements related to food and beverage preparation and service
  • develop culinary staff and supervisors
  • manage staff training and employee relations
  • maintain high culinary staff morale
  • participate actively in recruitment and retention of staff
  • manage labor and food costs within acceptable budgets
  • ensure site inspections meet acceptable standards
  • organize and clean all food storage, kitchen, and food service areas
  • coordinate with sales department for event scheduling and planning
  • oversee, maintain and inventory culinary department equipment
