Job Requirements

  • Previous kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
  • Computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
  • Ability to engage and develop team members
  • Results-driven and trustworthy
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest service
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
  • Pre-employment screening required post offer

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards
  • Ability to engage and develop team members
  • Experience coaching and providing constructive feedback
  • Proficient with computer systems including Excel, POS, and Windows
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service strategies
  • Understanding of profit and loss statements, forecasting, and budgeting

Job Duties

  • Coach teammates on how to deliver an excellent guest experience
  • Coach teammates on how to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that impact the guest experience
  • Positively interact and visit with guests and solicit feedback
  • Handle and follow up on guest concerns escalated from teammates
  • Communicate with vendors and support maintenance of restaurant facilities
  • Model standards and expected behaviors for restaurant managers and teammates
  • Write schedules for department staff and deliver performance feedback
