Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in kitchen or food production
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry food trays up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a kitchen or food production environment
- High school diploma required
- some college or degree in culinary arts, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
