- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual

Job Duties
- Lead daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, assembly, and expediting during peak hours
- Run kitchen shifts with a focus on speed of service, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain rigorous standards for recipe adherence, portion control, taste, and presentation
- Monitor and improve food quality scores
- Ensure full compliance with food safety procedures, temperature control, sanitation standards, and health department regulations
- Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and develop kitchen team members
- Oversee food and paper inventory, control costs, minimize waste, manage truck orders, and hit labor and throughput targets
