Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
- computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
- results-driven, trustworthy and team-oriented
- ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to company policies
- passion for the hospitality industry and focus on guest and employee experiences
- ability to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
- pre-employment screening required including drug test, criminal background check and verifiable employment references
