Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and safety
- Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards
- Control food and labor costs through effective budgeting and inventory management
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement training programs for team members
- Foster a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as needed
