We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Manager to join the dynamic team at Hillstone. This role is pivotal in upholding Hillstone's reputation for exceptional food quality and superior kitchen operations. The Culinary Manager will oversee the daily kitchen activities, ensuring that every plate served meets the company’s stringent standards for taste, presentation, and freshness. This includes leading and motivating a team of talented culinary professionals, managing inventory and food costs effectively, and maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Newly selected Culinary Managers will undergo an extensive 8-week rotational training program on-site, designed to immerse them fully in Hillstone’s culinary philosophy and operational practices. The training offers hands-on experience and insight into managing high-volume, upscale restaurant kitchens, preparing managers to excel in their leadership roles.
The successful candidate will join a vibrant management team and play a crucial role in fostering a positive, collaborative work environment where teamwork, communication, and mutual respect are prioritized. A flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the restaurant’s operational needs. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, reflecting the high level of responsibility and expertise required.

Job Requirements
- proven experience in hospitality or similar role preferably in high-volume restaurant environment
- strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate diverse team
- in-depth knowledge of culinary techniques food safety regulations and kitchen operations
- excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- solid understanding of financial management principles including budgeting cost control and inventory management
- effective communication skills to liaise with team members executive chef and other departments
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
