- previous kitchen management or culinary experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Manage daily kitchen operations
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- plan and prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and allergies
- supervise kitchen staff
- maintain inventory and order supplies
- coordinate with educational staff regarding meal schedules
- monitor kitchen equipment and cleanliness
