Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in kitchen management or a similar supervisory culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Extensive experience in food preparation cooking techniques and kitchen management within various restaurant formats including casual dining quick service and fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Strong knowledge of inventory control methods and food safety standards to ensure quality and compliance
- Proven leadership skills with experience in staff training supervision interviewing and team management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Ability to manage shift operations effectively while maintaining high standards of food handling and hospitality
- Background in hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus for understanding broader guest service expectations
Job Duties
