Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle physical tasks associated with kitchen work
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or kitchen management is a plus but not required
- strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and safety
- manage and train kitchen staff to perform duties efficiently and effectively
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- coordinate with store management on inventory control and ordering
- ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- assist in scheduling kitchen team shifts
- monitor food preparation to meet company standards
