As a key leader reporting directly to the Chef and Sous Chef, the Kitchen Manager will manage every aspect of the kitchen shift including receiving deliveries, ordering supplies, inventory control, food preparation, station setup, line checks, and ongoing quality assurance. The role demands a balance of hands-on cooking skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team dedicated to serving great food and having fun in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates must be committed to integrity, clear communication, and continuous learning while demonstrating the stamina and flexibility required to handle demanding kitchen duties including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation
- ServSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift heavy items
- Strong integrity and communication skills
- Ability to work five 8-9 hour shifts per week
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
