Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation
  • ServSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift heavy items
  • Strong integrity and communication skills
  • Ability to work five 8-9 hour shifts per week
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in a food preparation position
  • ServSafe Manager Certified (training provided)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently
  • Commitment to high standards of food quality and sanitation
  • Experience working in fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team

Job Duties

  • Respect the food and inspire the team
  • Follow instructions and surpass expectations
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean kitchen
  • Supervise and direct HOH staff to guarantee excellence
  • Manage shift operations including receiving, ordering, inventory, prep, and station setup
  • Conduct line checks and ensure quality assurance, consistency, and safety
  • Oversee equipment and facilities management
