  • minimum of 1 year's experience with kitchen management in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • current alcohol and food certifications preferred
  • strong knowledge of team leadership
  • positive conflict resolution skills
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work under physical demands of a restaurant environment
