Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience with kitchen management in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Direct the activities of back-of-house hourly associates
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
  • Implement purchasing and cost controls
  • Follow up with corrective action when necessary
  • Manage the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
