Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience with kitchen management in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma preferred
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance
- Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
