Applebee's is currently hiring for the position of Kitchen Manager, a critical role within the restaurant's back-of-house operations. This full-time position involves supervising and directing back-of-house hourly associates to ensure that food preparation runs smoothly, kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld, and cost controls are effectively implemented through strategic purchasing decisions. The Kitchen Manager plays a key part in managing the team, overseeing daily kitchen activities, and addressing any issues promptly with corrective actions.
