Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • multiple years of culinary experience including line cooking and prep
  • prior experience managing a culinary team
  • experience with inventory management and product ordering
  • ability to work varied shifts including early mornings and evenings
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • must submit a resume for consideration

  • expertise in menu creation and development

  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • previous experience with catering preparation

Job Duties

  • manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
  • oversee menu creation and development
  • coordinate with the General Manager on all food and beverage operations
  • ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals
  • maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
  • manage catering preparation for meetings and group events
  • uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen
