Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- multiple years of culinary experience including line cooking and prep
- prior experience managing a culinary team
- experience with inventory management and product ordering
- ability to work varied shifts including early mornings and evenings
- strong organizational and communication skills
- must submit a resume for consideration

- expertise in menu creation and development

- knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- oversee menu creation and development
- coordinate with the General Manager on all food and beverage operations
- ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals
- maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- manage catering preparation for meetings and group events
- uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen
