Located in a vibrant setting, the restaurant offers a lively atmosphere complete with social-media-worthy wall art and rotating guest DJs on weekends, making it a hotspot for both food lovers and social scene enthusiasts. With a focus on chef-driven food and an elevated cocktail program, Hash Kitchen delivers a unique dining experience that combines quality cuisine with an engaging ambiance. The establishment is committed to maintaining high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and quality control, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every time.

The Kitchen Manager role at Hash Kitchen provides an exceptional opportunity for culinary professionals seeking quality of life, phenomenal pay, and a true work-life balance. This full-time position offers a starting salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, with additional bonus compensation of up to $6,500, including long-term incentives. Benefiting from a comprehensive suite of perks such as health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, continuous hospitality training, and certifications, the role is a true career growth launch pad. Through the world-class training program at Hash Kitchen, the Kitchen Manager will continually develop new skills that not only enhance daily work life but also promote professional advancement and financial growth within the company.

As the Kitchen Manager, you will be deeply involved in the daily operations of the kitchen, overseeing all aspects of food preparation, staff management, and operational standards. This leadership position entails creating weekly schedules for cooks and dough staff to meet business flow needs and labor targets, adhering strictly to Hash Kitchen's recipe book to ensure consistency and quality. You will lead regular back-of-house meetings, coordinate training sessions, and work closely with staff to coach and develop their culinary and customer service skills. Monitoring training processes and evaluating staff progress is an important part of the role, ensuring the team consistently meets company standards and goals.

Quality control and food safety are paramount, and the Kitchen Manager will play a key role as the leader in enforcing food safety procedures, managing proper temperature controls and logs, and maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards within the kitchen. This position also includes overseeing inventory management, product ordering, and waste control to optimize food costs and usage efficiently. Collaborating with the General Manager and other upper management ensures that operational standards are upheld and any challenges are promptly addressed.

Candidates must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clear communication, and effectively handle natural work-related stress. Compliance with health and safety regulations and the ability to function at peak performance without impairment are critical. Hash Kitchen values diversity and inclusivity, strictly prohibiting workplace harassment and supporting an equal opportunity employment environment.
